Lunch

New Covenant Academy has a full-service hot lunch program run by a warm and friendly staff.  The kitchen staff consists of Food Services Director Nicci Jorgensen, two full-time cooks, several part-time cooks and volunteers.  Nicci and her crew serve approximately 325 delicious meals daily. The menu is varied and nutritionally sound. Students and staff alike appreciate the hard work and smiling faces of the kitchen staff.
