New Covenant Academy has a full service hot lunch program run by a staff that seems to exude the warmth and heart of the school.  Kitchen Chef, Peggy Waldemer has run the program for many years, along with cooks Carla Annin, Debbie Hornbeck, Jane Siebert, Lorna Batten and several volunteers.  The crew manages to serve  approximately 250 meals per day, often knows each person's favorites, and greets them all with a smile.
